Boston Common Rally

Bernie Sanders’ Boston Common Rally drew an audience of 13,000 to Boston Common on February 29, 2020. That’s a lot of people for a cold day on Boston Common, a park originally kept as a “common” for cow grazing for the residents of the three square mile city. As you’ll hear in the audio, it is also the nation’s first public park.

On the day before this rally, Bernie held a rally in Springfield MA. They go together, so listen to both when you have time.

Béla Fleck opened this rally.
